Versatile,durable light weight, and powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this ratchet to replace Dewalt brand ratchet set that was given to me to try. I got one use out of the Dewalt ratchet and it locked in the right position. Rendering the ratchet useless. Since buying the craftsmen brand I’ve had no problems at all it has withstood the test I’ve put it threw and has yet to fail me. the gears ratchet smooth and flawless and are strong enough to brake a bolt or nut in stead of itself breaking.the finish makes it easy to clean but still able to grip with the awesome pear shaped handle. From this point on I will go buy only craftsmen products because I can see this ratchet withstanding the work I’ll be putting it through for years to come. Plus my children after I’m gone. I don’t see it as a great value but a great future investment that will live on way longer than I will.
