CRAFTSMAN Ratchet - Chrome - Pear Head - 1/4-in - 120 Teeth is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features smooth handle [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given it to me as a gift from family member.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great look [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feel great in your hands, it is very nice to get in those small tight spaces and the gearing make quick work. The finish looks amazing. The only thing I would like is that the pin to chand directions (forward/reverse) would be a little larger. Your thumbs slips when sweating

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A quality tool. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this ratchet a couple of time now and I seems like a quality tool. It feels sturdy in the hand with a comfortable grip. It has a low swing ark with 120 teeth. There is minimal “slop” in between clicks and the clicks are clean and tactile. The direction selector is easy to switch, but not so easy that you’ll constantly flip it accidentally. The ratchet is almost comparable to a professional wrench off a tool truck, but I think it exceedes expectations for its price point. I only have two small complaints about the wrench. It appears that you can not self service the ratcheting piece. The wrench is also made in Taiwan, not America. I have begun to see more Craftsman products return to American made and I would personally like to see this continue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little tool [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for over a month now, mainly on repairing bicycles but also engines too. As soon as I felt it I knew it was going to be a good tool, it did not disappoint. I haven’t picked up my other (more expensive) wrench since I got this one, the movement over the teeth is nice, I love how the handle is flat in the top and bottom, sits just right in my hand. I can see more craftsman tools in my very near future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Craftsman is back!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought this ratchet a couple weeks ago and really wanted to put it through it's paces before writing a review, since I will be using this on a daily basis as a professional car audio installer. I almost exclusively purched Craftsman tools in the past but have seen quite a decline in quality and innovation in the past few years. That is most certainly NOT the case with this new line they came out with. The ratchet seems to be very high quality. the 120 tooth pawl comes in very handy in tight spaces where you only have a little room to work. I was worried about the strength of the teeth since having so many I assumed they would be smaller. I have used this 1/4 inch ratchet on very tight bolts, ones that I would imagine could damage lesser quality tools, and the Craftsman came out unscathed. The drag on the ratchet turned out to be perfect even though initially I thought it felt too tight. There were no issues removing nuts/bolts that were "finger tight". Another feature I found awesome was the quick release button on the head of the ratchet. Most other high tooth count ratchets that I have found don't offer that. My only issue is the finish. While the black chrome looks great, it doesn't match any of my extentions or sockets as they are all chrome. It also seems to scratch easier than standard finishes and can be hard to see/find in darker areas. I do wish there was another option for a standard finish. However it is not a great enough disadvantage to detract from my 5 star rating. It is great to see Craftsman making quality hand tools again!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Craftsman is coming back [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only wish it was still made in theUSA, but Craftsman seems to be wanting to come back!! Seems like they’re on the Make America Great Again bandwagon!! Took awhile but they are trying. Feels nice, has as a good finish, seems strongly built, smooth ratchet action. Very nice tool.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice ratchet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice tool, good accuracy and feel with the high number of clicks. Tool handle is longer than previous Craftsman 1/4” drive ratchets, one downside is that it’s head is also slightly thicker. Overall seems to be a quality ratchet

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my 1/4 Craftsman rachet just the other day and I am impressed. I'm a career aircraft technician and have used it numerous times while at work. If I have any complaints it would only be that the rachet is slightly heavier than its competitors.
