Description

Craftsman portable generator with 306cc Briggs & Stratton OHV engine gives you the power source needed anywhere, anytime. CO Detection technology shuts down the generator when harmful levels of carbon monoxide are detected. It comes with four 120V GFCI outlets, one 120/240V 30A locking outlet and protective outlet covers for outside uses. The 8.5-gallon metal fuel tank with fuel gauge ensures extended runtime, while the Power Surge alternator produces the power needed to start and keep appliances and tools running simultaneously. The 10 inches Never Go Flat wheels and fold-out handle are perfect for heavy-duty uses. This product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

What is the noise rating/level? Is this electric start? I says electric and I see a pull cord in the pic. Is it both?

Rated 5 out of 5 by Elkoholic from Great running and fuel capacity I bought it a couple months ago, put it through its real test last week, 8-10 hours for 7 days. Ran electric heaters and boot dryer along with everything else in my trailer. Uses about 15 litres a night depending on draw which is acceptable due to power output. Started in sub zero temps on first pull, easier to start then my small Honda. Just remember to turn off fuel and run it dry before you move it, otherwise gas spills out of carb. It’s not quiet. But with 50 ft of cord could barely hear it in the trailer and it powered everything flawlessly. Follow break in and applying load procedures and it’ll last for years, love the breaker switch on the unit itself, no need to unplug cords for warmup.
