With integrated Wi-Fi(R) and smartphone control via the CRAFTSMAN myQ(R) App, you'll receive real-time alerts, plus be able to open and close your garage door from anywhere at any time straight from the palm of your hand. The opener comes with a dual-function wall control for easy programming and an outside wireless keypad for wireless, one-touch access. The 3-button remote control allows you to easily program up to three garage doors and boasts a frequency range of up to 1,500-ft. The box includes two 3-button remotes, dual-function wall control, keypad, dual lighting (100 Watts per lens/bulbs sold separately), as well as safety reversing sensors that use an invisible laser beam to detect any obstacle, interrupting garage door closing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DadinMarkham from Quiet & works well but install was problematic Now that the unit is installed and working, it's great. It's quiet and no more vibrations from the chain AC-motor one I had before. Family doesn't hear it and more importantly, my son doesn't hear it from his above the garage bedroom. I would have given it 5-stars if it wasn't for the complication I had with install. The threaded screw for the belt didn't fit through the guide hole which made it impossible to attach the belt. I had to sand down the hole to make it larger and even then, the screw threads were damaged when the screw was inserted (due to the fact the hole was too small). It required a lot of elbow grease to get that spring-nut on. Obviously quality control wasn't there as the hole was too small and the metal used on the screw was of poor quality if the threads were bent and stripped so easily.

The new one is not as noisy (belt vs chain). Could have option to be connected to WiFi ( ours is not connected). Rona installers were efficient and professional. Thus far unit is working great!
