Where are the instructions?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels well made but took awhile to figure out how to use. Blades are in the handle under the hinged back, see picture. The end of the back just hooks around the end. To install blade, slide button as-if to fully extend the blade. Then, while holding the small oval button depressed, slide the blade in. To fold you have to manually press in the locking bar on the underside of the handle.

Not bad but could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great detail..only problem is customers have trouble finding where the 3 razor blades that come with it are located. You have to lift the black area handle at bottom upward and there inside you will find your blades. Also, hard to open. After opening you have to use thumb to engage blade outward to extend blade then after you have to close holding this metal piece like some pocket knives have to close. In my honest review.. it is a nice piece but takes time to open, time I could use working. Press release button blade is what I got, same kind different look.

Good Little Blade!
This little Utility Knife works well. The blades are hidden well but once you realize where they are you realize its a great place to put them. The blades are locate inside the red handle. Simple pull up the bottom black part of the red handle from the bottom and there you will see the blades. Simple installation of the blade. Slide the retractable button forward then push in small black button at the top of the cartridge then insert blade and release black button. It may take a little "wiggling" but it works well.

Terrible
Used this knife for one job and threw it away. Every time I go to close it I forget to retract it and then a little piece of the blade sticks out. Have come too close to cutting myself. Terrible design not to mention that the extra blades in the handle are extremely difficult to find and access.

Information on the whereabouts of the blades would have been helpful. How to install the blades would have been nice.It would have been good if you didn't have to wrestle with it to close it.

Don’t waste your time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for a standard utility knife and because it said Craftsman. I assumed it was quality like my other craftsman tools. Worst. Purchase. Ever. The three blades are hidden inside, loading a razor blade is the most tedious task, this will probably wind up trashed out of frustration. There are zero instructions (which I didn’t think I’d ever need for a utility knife but here we are) and it takes an engineer to put into operation. I’ll take my standard knife over this folder any day.

No Instructions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looked good in the store, but the knife came with absolutely no instructions on where to find the blades, or how to insert them. I was able to find the blades, but 20 minutes later I still can't open the knife to insert a blade. I shouldn't have to Google for information on how to use a simple product. Total fail on the part of Craftsman.

Crap
Sexy design. Terrible function. No directions. (Blades are hidden in the handle). Install of the blades is a pain. I had to google it. Retract mechanism does not work well. Threw it away.
