Rated 3 out of 5 by Puphyzer from Hose Burst Open The first time using this pressure washer, I was super excited because of how simple and powerful it was to clean my siding from a couple years of tree buildup, and my cement patio as well. However I wasn't able to complete the job because halfway through, so about 2 hours of use. The hose going to the sprayer burst open and sprayed me back. Needless to say, I have ordered a new hose, and have found many reviews accounting this same issue. Great pressure washer, buy an aftermarket hose. lol

How long have you used CRAFTSMAN products? 50+ years

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not electrocuted from You are rolling the dice on this one The issue with this machine is it's extremely cheap hose connector. It magically turns this pressure washer into a fairly impressive sprinkler. And there is no way, even with a wrench to get a tight connection between the hose and the machine. The upshot is that this device is unsafe to use. I note with some amusement that the safety instructions say that this device should not be used in a wet environment. The cheap hose connector sprays water all over this thing. Some nice irony right there. This machine is a fatality and lawsuit waiting to happen. I see that others have had no problem with this washer, which should tell you that this cheap coupler is unreliable. I suspect that after a few uses that the coupler will fail even for those who have posted favorable reviews. And that cheap coupler when it fails might take you out, gentle reader, with it. This is why I say that you are rolling the dice on this one both with respect to the device's functionality and your own safety. I anxiously await the auto reply that this review will generate from Lowes expressing their deep regret etc.
