Upgrade your lockset application projects with these CRAFTSMAN door lock installation kits. They have self-centreing jig that fits in all common door widths. With its adjustable feature, the wooden door lock installation kits allow adjustment for 2 3/4 in and 2 3/8 in backsets. The kits have a router bit that provides easy, clean cuts.

Simple and Perfect Results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the past my measurements had to be dead on accurate to achieve a clean install. With this kit, all the guess work is eliminated and the results make me look like I know what I’m doing!

Very weak product
I got this to help me install the Google nest yale lock. 2 1/8inch diameter. The lock installation kit is so weak, when I used for 20second, it cracked already. Very disappointed in this product. There is no way will this product hold a drill. Now I don't even k ow what to do with this broken product, scratched up door, un-installed lock.
And I have to spend more money for a different door installation kit

Measure, drill, install...done.
The process really was as simple and smooth as the subject title infers. We used the product
designed," For wood doors only." All parts held up. An extra set of hands were not really necessary; however much appreciated.

Great on the first door, but
Worked great on the first door, but the second door not so good. The strike plate aligner got out of position and I drilled the hole off center. Its plastic and very flimsy, should be metal. Basically it broke on the second door.
