Description

Upgrade your lockset application projects with these CRAFTSMAN door lock installation kits. They have self-centreing jig that fits in all common door widths. With its adjustable feature, the wooden door lock installation kits allow adjustment for 2 3/4 in and 2 3/8 in backsets. The kits have a router bit that provides easy, clean cuts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by KeithC from Cheap saws, not worth the money Set as a whole isn't great. The hole saw bit struggled to make it all the way through the door and even had to switch to a more powerful drill to get the job done. The router bit with the kit does cut somewhat but not well and it gets quite hot to hold very quickly. The auxiliary saw is also a git bigger than a standard latch body and leaves a lot of play in the latch body and it considerably weakens the door there due to how then the sides next to the latch become due to the incorrectly sized auxiliary hole saw.
