Disappointed at this mower. Short running time.
So many issues with this: First and foremost, this mower does not run as long as advertised - I run on highest cut number. One charge and i can finish only 1/4 of my main front yard. My lot is small and so my yards. Seconds, It constantly overloads and stops. Third, the bottom handle is very flimsy and doesn't help much while pushing.
I am all for being green and really don't like gas fume when mowing. Thought this would be the best choice. As said, if it takes me 4 full charges to complete my front yard, and mind you one full charge takes at least 3 hours, this is obviously going back. No way one would want to spend 2-3 days to complete cutting the lawn.

Very surprised
Bought this mower to mow a 50 x 70 fenced in area where my dogs hang out. First time I used it the grass was really tall ( at least 6 inches maybe more in some spots), first time its been mowed this season. I raised the deck to highest position and to my surprise it went right thru it. 5an batteries last 3/4 thru it. I took 2 of my 4ah batteries to finish the tall grass. Then I set to the middle height setting and took chute off and mulched the whole area completely with the 4ah batteries. Was very happy with results. Next time I use it I am sure that the 2 5ah batteries it comes with will do the job no probably.

Good for older person
This mower was the same price as a gas powered. I thought, 'Why not". My gas powered got to the point I couldn't start it anymore. Did the complete tuneup at the local shop, still no go.
Easy to put together, lightweight so I can get it down the deck stairs. Mows well, no blowback when using the bag. Doesn't seem to like to side discharge tho. I like the fact the grass in the bag is really cut up. It makes for useful mulch in the garden. Mulching? I don't see any clumps or grass lines so I guess it is doing that also. This is my first week mowing...so far, so good.

so far so good
I was skeptical about buying this machine. But I took a chance and went for it because truth be told I am sick and tired of spend money, time , and energy on gas machines and mowers. Assembling it took me literally 2 seconds (its not rocket science) charge the batteries and was very impressed by how light and powerful the machine was. I have a 50 x 100 lawn that I had to mow and even after mowing it, this machine had the power to mow another 50 x 100 lot. I'm very happy I dont have to deal with gas, oil, carburetors or any of that stuff anymore. Just put in the key, press the button and mow. It is the lightest machine ever. This is perfect for house owners but it is not for a landscaper. Just what Ive been looking for

Great gateway to battery powered tools
I wanted to transition from gas to battery powered yard tools for a while and this was a great gateway. The power is extremely lightweight, I almost thought I was pushing the Fisher Price mower from my childhood. But it actually does the job. I live on a standard size lot, not huge but not small. It normally takes about a half hour to mow both the front and back. After the initial mow I still have 3 full bars on the batteries. I didn't use the collection bag because it's not green to bag your lawn clippings, you should just mulch and not worry about it. I also purchased the Craftsman string trimmer and that also performed great on initial use. I would recommend the Craftsman V20 system to everyone.

I love it so much
So after several gas powered ones, that won't start this year and yes I've worked on them, I decided to try this electric one. I love it. I have around 2 acres of land that's not even and the grass was 2 feet in some spots. It took it on like champ. I did not have any issues with the attachments. I tried both. Love how there's a charger for each battery. Yes it did take a couple of charges to get it done. I also don't have to bother my husband to start this one. It's light enough that I can store it and take it out of the shed by myself. Over all this is one you might want to consider.

Works great on the second shot...
so I bought this mower last spring originally, and used it maybe three times and it broke. I went to pull the handle to start it and I felt something inside break loose. so I went through the warranty process with Craftsman, which wasn't super smooth and easy but we got it figured out. They sent me a return label, and a couple weeks later a brand new mower, with batteries and everything showed up at my door. Now comes the interesting part. I put the old broken mower in the box, dropped it off to be sent back, and went on about my business. About three weeks later, a gigantic box shows up at my house, and I'm confused because I didn't order anything else. I open it up, and it's my old broken mower with a repair tag attached. So now I have two mowers, 4 batteries and chargers, and I can cut my yard in half the time!

Love it
First time ever having to be responsible for cutting my own grass (apartment living before) but it’s awesome. Don’t have to worry about the extra maintenance a traditional mower requires. Easy and light to maneuver , I am l45lb 5’1 female if that helps. I do sometimes have to break my yard into sections if I let it get to long. But if you are mowing regularly the battery last more than 50mins ! Love it
