The CRAFTSMAN mitre box saw features a one-touch angle adjustment for quick and easy angle change and 11 preset angle stops. Its quick cam clamp holds work for accuracy and a stopper facilitates repetitive cuts. The induction hardened teeth will give a sharp cut every time. Really long-term user. One of the handiest of tool
I've had one of these saws for many years, and it is remarkably consistent. What I haven't been able to find is replacement blades, or an alternate blade (aluminium picture rails). Any info?

A handy item to have
I bought this mitre box saw 2 weeks ago, it was what I have been looking for, 4 star review as the plastic handle disintegrated when assembled, craftsman have replaced this, so I will give a 5 star for customer service, in all it is a great piece of equipment.

Easy to assemble with some common sense. Instructions were ok but a little lacking. Though the diagram was useful, it could use a parts list. Lightweight but doesn't feel cheap. Cut is nice, clean, and precise. Like any tool it works best when you let it do the work (don't force the blade). It would be nice if it had a blade cover for storage or transport and I have yet to check for the availability of replacement blades. It even has an easy degree reference diagram for regular polygons from square to dodecagon. Overall a great purchace for the price for fine woodworking (not quite to the fine level of scroll woodworking however) and odd projects but if you need to use it regularily, the time consuming nature would make it apt to purchace a quality powered mitre saw.

Nice product but unable to find replacement blades
This miter setup works very well for light duty cuts such as precision cuts for aluminum angle iron for example. I'm unable to find replacement blades however which is why I can only rate this at 3 stars. The blade is an odd size, standard hack saw-style blades do not fit! Plus to use the setup properly you have to use the saw that it came with, so if replacement blades are not available for this saw then this setup ends up as a disposable in the end, not good!

Great for routine miters
