This CRAFTSMAN 2,400 MAX PSI electric cold water pressure washer is durable, mobile, and powerful enough for your outdoor cleaning tasks. It provides up to 10-feet high. With five nozzles, including a turbo nozzle, you have the accessories you need to wash your car or clean your sidewalk. The pressure washer wand has a comfort grip that is designed for ease of use and features an innovative T-rail handle system, so that your wand stays locked in during transport. It includes integrated storage for wand, hose, cord, and nozzles.

Light weight and quiet enough power for car wash.
Bought today and used it to was two vehicles works pretty good one thing I noticed that soap nozzle is just plastic and soap comes out but not foamy.

Hose Burst Open
The first time using this pressure washer, I was super excited because of how simple and powerful it was to clean my siding from a couple years of tree buildup, and my cement patio as well. However I wasn't able to complete the job because halfway through, so about 2 hours of use. The hose going to the sprayer burst open and sprayed me back. Needless to say, I have ordered a new hose, and have found many reviews accounting this same issue. Great pressure washer, buy an aftermarket hose. lol

New 2400 constantly surges.
Bought a 2400 about 12 months ago. It constantly surges. We have checked all the nozzles as directed, nothing is clogged. It is so frustrating to buy an expensive product and have it not work correctly

I have EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUE
There is something not right with the unloader/pressure switch assembly that won't turn it on when water pressure drops when you pull the trigger. Unit works sporadically when you "fiddle with it" just like this and other reviewers have reported.
Other than that it works great..... when it works....

Lasted about five minutes, then died
I bought a Craftsmen because I didn't recognize any of the other brands. It was slightly more expensive than the other machines.
It was easy to put together.
I hooked it up per instructions and started using it, being careful to purge the machine of any air. I used it for a couple of minutes with no issue, but it became obvious I was going to need the soap I had purchased.
On my second attempt, nothing happened. Plenty of water, electric supply verified.
On/off switch cycled, nothing.
Boxed it up and returned it right away.
Opted for the replacement machine.
Hope this one doesn't suck too..

Très performant. L'outil multifonction idéal!
Je cherchais un nettoyeur à haute pression pour plusieurs tâches : laver l’auto, nettoyer le parement de la maison, les balançoires, le trottoir, etc. J’ai consulté plusieurs vidéos sur YouTube à propos des différents modèles qui conviendraient, et j’ai choisi le Craftsman 2400 PSI en particulier pour sa durabilité et ses fonctions. En effet, il est équipé d’un moteur à induction (pas de balais) qui devrait durer toute la vie, il est très robuste, tout le mécanisme est en métal, la lance aussi. Aussi, il est doté de la fonction d’arrêt automatique dès qu’on relâche la gâchette, il est peu bruyant, il a de grandes roues qui permettent de le déplacer partout et il est très puissant.
