Not reliable
I purchased this less than a year ago and it stopped working today. Very disappointed. I had one previously, a different brand, and it worked for over six years.

Great Floor Mat & Customer Care
I love this floor mat. It has two settings, I use the lower setting and it is perfect. Keeping my feet warm all winter long as I work from my desk at Home. I have referred it to others. Also, the Customer Service department is extremely wonderful. They make every effort to take care of you as their customer making sure that you are fully satisfied with their products.

Great product and support

Il est recommander de ne pas le mettre sur un plancher de bois ...
Je l'ai donc installer sur une céramique de 2 pi x 2 pi achetée chez un détaillant pour 5$, c'était un surplus d'inventaire ...

Restriction à l'usage sur tapis / plancher de bois
Le document qui est livré avec le produit mentionne que le tapis chauffant ne devrait pas être utilisé sur des surfaces de bois ou de tapis. Ce n'est pas indiqué sur le site de Rona. Qu'en est-il réellement?

Not just a foot warmer
I raise chickens - in the spring I suspend a "foot warmer" (flat on a piece of wire grid) above my baby chickens - replaces those horrible dangerous red heat bulbs that everyone else uses, or the more expensive "Sweeter Heater". After the chicks are grown and winter sets in I flop the "foot warmer" on the floor in the chicken house and set their water pans on it - not only no frozen water but rather they get warm water to drink all winter. Great product - I have two of them and have had them for over 3 years. Needless to say several of my chicken raising friends have them too.

Outstanding product.
Pros: strong heat. Very durable construction - looks like it will last forever. Lighted on-off switch in the cord so you can see it's turned on. Uses far less power than a space heater. Cons: none. Notes: Awesome product. I live in an old house with very drafty windows, so my feet get cold in winter when I'm at my desk (next to the window). WAY more effective than a space heater. This product would also be great on an unheated concrete floor if you had to do a lot of standing, even with heavy boots on.
