So i contacted customer services and got the replacement parts shipped free right away. product quality is ok, though it could be made better. as after few weeks of use, it is very easy to get scratches.

For starters this is a beautiful tv stand, deep, rich color and once built it seems to be quite strong and sturdy, its getting to that point that may be frustrating, fir me it was. There is absolutely no written instructions, only very vague pictures. Please, please, please pay extreme close attention to the orientation of the pieces, look at all holes, notches etc. before beginning assembly on the piece. While the instructions reference letter pieces, mine had absolutely zero letters on them, leaving me to basically guess if i was using the right piece or not. Second, please ensure that this stand is deep enough for your tv legs, i did not, and my tv legs are too wide front to back. I decided to keep the stand and modified my tv legs to fit, i really like this stand and decided it was worth the effort.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Abc999 from Bought this item and returned it immediately Don’t waste your money. Once assembled the drawers don’t align properly so the spacing on each side is different. Doors are too long for the hinges so they San and wobble when you open them. Doors also don’t align vertically with drawers despite adjusting the hinges as much as possible. Two support feet in the middle are too tall once you place the plscit cap on the bottom so the entire unit becomes unstable.
