Failed Miserably
The most important thing to note is that it had no effect on the mold/mildew on the north side of my house. I did as directed. Also, it did not reach anywhere near the top of my second story. I don't think it's advertised to do that but be aware. Moldex was recommended to me and I wish I had gotten that.

really works
I've been using this product for 4 years and when I can find it I stock up as coastal BC is mould and mildew central. I don't know why other reviews are so low, but you do have to work it in manually; I use a push broom for the deck and a pole brush for siding...about as much scrubbing as for my car, so not a workout.
I was sold on this product when I used it to finish cleaning my walkways after I ran out of 30 Second cleaner...a year later the Concrobium cleaned area was noticeable lighter (cleaner) than the other area as the residual mildew killer kept working. Also, it's totally safe for plants and even got rid of the mildew on my roses.
If you don't or can't use a power washer, this stuff works...but you still need to brush it around.

time to power wash house
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I power wash my house every year at this time. This year I used Rustoleum Concrobium liquid Mold remover. Its safe for plants. Can be used on exterior surfaces including wood, composite wood, vinyl, aluminum, brick, stone, masonry, concrete, stucco and outdoor fabrics. I used the garden house on the self contained sprayer head on bottle .Sprayed the north side of house, Let it sit for awhile. Then I used my pool pole with brush to scrub down siding. Then I used power washer to flush siding, came out pretty clean. Would recommend for its cleaning ability and because its plant safe.

Not so great
Used this on trex deck - no help with mildew stains and had to scrub the green mold to get it off the railings.... waste of time

Great product
This product did a great job cleaning my never stained before cedar deck. It brought a bright colour out of my deck and removed fish oil stains from dog food and took out mold that was in the deck. I Used a deck brush with this product

Worked as Advertised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on deck that was covered with dirt and mold. The deck had not been cleaned in years. I followed the directions except the scrubbing part as I was going to use a pressure washer. I sprayed the deck with the product and allowed it to sit for about 5-10 minutes. I could see the product was working on the dirt and mold. Instead of scrubbing and using the jet spray setting on the container I used a pressure washer and the dirt and mold came off very easy. After cleaning with this product the deck looked amazing. I would purchase this cleaner if it comes in a concentrate that I could mix and use in a sprayer because I use a pressure washer and very seldom have to do any scrubbing. Four stars because I would prefer concentrate.

Have a scrub brush handy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tested it out on a shed in the backyard. This product has no bleach and is considered plant safe. I’m wasn’t very excited with the results. The wash spray has about a 3 ft reach which means if you can touch the surface by hand you may not be able to get the area cleaned. I did several cycles of wash for the area I treated and it still wasn’t clean enough for me afterwards. Suggest using this as a preventive or to treat lightly stained areas.

Lots of elbow grease
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it on a metal screen room roof I had to apply and scrub twice as instructions say and after a lot of elbow grease I would say 85-90 % of it came clean one more application would get the remainder off. I also used it on shingles with the same results. My advice do it in early morning before it gets too hot. I was spectacle but it did a pretty good job. Its worth trying.
