Rated 4 out of 5 by LovesToRead from Good storage Very easy to assemble. I hung this over the pantry door since it is a hollow core door. The “over the door” hooks fit well with just a little squeeze to make the grip tighter. I had to use some 2-sided tape behind the vertical standards to keep the unit from swinging out when the door was opened. It seems to be working fine. There is no back on the shelves so items can easily fall out if the unit is not secured to the door. This is why I gave it a 4 star rating. A few inches of double-faced foam tape would have been a great accessory for Closet Maid to add to the product. I did not attach the 3rd vertical standards but have adequate storage without the full length. Would buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wizard from Very Easy to Put Together and Holds A Lot of Stuff I purchased one of these to put my spices on the door inside my pantry. I loved it so much that I purchased 5 more. I put one on the outside of my pantry to hold quick snacks. One for my bathroom door to hold my bathroom cleaning supplies and 3 more to hang on the wall for all of my personal health supplies. My home is big, but lacks the proper amount of storage that it needs and these work out perfect!!!! I did need help putting the ones up on the wall and those took more time to install. However the ones for the doors, simply required putting 2 screws into 2 brackets. It was that simple!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Duckyjim from Okay, I could save them some money! The shelf unit I purchased really is well made and was super-easy to install. I could save the company some money, though, by influencing them to put only six shelves in the kit, not eight! I have two in the original box in my garage. The other six are in the tracks, holding a variety of things in my pantry! The design of the shelves is super, providing just enough support for low bottles, boxes, etc. But if taller items are to be stored on the shelves, the company has included supplemental rods that fit across the front and sides of the shelves, making even two-liter bottles secure. Why didn't I think of that? I'm pleased! Now if I can find another door to install a shelf unit on. . .

Rated 4 out of 5 by Arlene from Happy with my purchase! Wanted to organize my little closet-style pantry, with my sister's help. There just wasn't enough room for everything. My sister suggested putting up some type of shelves on the back of the pantry door...why hadn't I thought of that? Went online to Lowes.com and found this hanging shelving unit. I chose the "Store Pickup" option, and received both an email and phone call from my local store within 15 minutes of ordering. We headed out immediately and had the unit installed and filled with dry goods and canned goods within a couple of hours. Great solution for a nagging problem!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jeff from Box Is Misleading ! The box has a picture of the rack hanging on the inside of a pantry door using the supplied over-the-door brackets. What they don't tell you is that the door will not close with the rack installed this way ! I had to go back to the store and buy additional hardware to install this on the inside of a hollow-core door. You cannot install this properly to the inside of a hollow-core door with the provided hardware. You will need short toggle bolts that will fit inside the door. I would recommend at least 8 toggle bolts. There are 2 long toggle bolts included, but you will need to cut those with a rotary tool to make them fit inside a door. After you get it installed it is great but it was a pain to install. The other option is to cut the top door jamb with an oscillating multifunction tool. It might not look good though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tom from Ultimate Closet Door Shelving Unit This unit is exactly what I wanted. Each vertical rail is made up of three 2 ft. pieces and you will want to mount each section to the door or wall for stability. The neat thing is that you have a lot of flexibility with this product. If you want just 48 " of height, you can use just two sections per rail. There are 4 each, short and tall shelves and 3 wire bails that can be located above any of the shelves to prevent tall items from falling over when the closet door is opened. Shelf function and capacity are maximized by using the door or wall for the fourth wall of the basket, which also reinforces the need to mount the rails. This setup is neat, tidy and uses space efficiently. You may find the hardware supplied is insufficient, and I would recommend purchasing a box of 1.25 inch wood screws to have ample mounting options. I will be buying several of these.

Since its pandemic time and I have an overabundance of food supplies, which not having a pantry, I was researching options and found these units. They are heavy duty and with 11 shelves that are adjustable are perfect and practical and hidden from view. hint use zip ties on joints on sides to secure them

We even attached to the pantry walls (drywall) for spices and all our cooking essentials (cooking wines, marinades, et). Honestly, haven't even put anything on the one on the back of the door yet since we don't have that much (Empty Nesters here). What a difference out pantry is with such organization. Next up, craft room.
