Description

Utilize the ClosetMaid vinyl-coated steel shelf to keep your linens, folded clothes. This steel hanging shelf has a vinyl coating, which makes it scratch-resistant. The SuperSlide shelf helps to create more space in the cabinets, along with a hanging mechanism that allows hangers to move from one end to the other. Is there a weight rating for this stuff?

Thank you for your question. There is no definite weight rating on these as it depends on each install. The closer the supports are the stronger the shelf. Hope that helps, Thanks

All closets in the house had Closet Maid shelving in them when we purchased the home. Closet Maid shelving is pure junk. The hardware and attachment devices that go with these shelves are garbage. I replaced all shelving in the master closet with a shelving system with adjustable shelving supports attached to standards that are attached to the wall studs, not drywall anchors Closet Maid chooses to use to mount their support brackets and shelf supports. I recommend you check out Woodworkers Express online as they have many options for shelving, closet systems, cabinet hardware and storage systems. Best place for good customer service and advice for your project.
