Does this get screwed to the “bottom” of the garage door on the outside ?
This product is for the top and the sides of the garage door. It needs to be screwed on the door jamb outside.

Don’t waste your time and money
Installed a month and a half ago, no matter what you do the seal keeps shrinking and warping. Absolute garbage! Don’t bother. If I could no stars I would.
