Started out great
I bought $80 worth of these kits to do all the windows in my house. After a month I noticed a couple spots where the tape let go. Thought it was a fluke so just used packing tape over it to stick it back. Now there are more spots letting go. So for the past month (its been 2 months since I covered all my windows) I have been fixing spots that have let go. It sucks that I even have to do this.
When I put them all up I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol, let it dry good, then put the tape on. I then pressed hard over the tape several times to make SURE it stuck, and let it sit for 10 mins or more. Then when I put the plastic on I did the same thing. I pushed on the tape all around the window and let it sit for 10 or more before I used the hair dryer and shrank it.
Apparently that didn’t help at all.

High quality
Making plastic storm windows for years. This is the best product for installing with very few wrinkles. Needs very little heat to shrink. Also very clear.
