Rated 5 out of 5 by E. Renard from Amazing: saved my oak floor twice in 20 years As an engineer, I examined the product on a shoppng center floor; extremely shiny BUT anti-slip. Using it on my own oak living room area and floor, it prevented re sanding + varnish. Again this month, July 2021, it rejuvenated the floor. Good for 10 more years. As easy to apply as wet mopping a floor, and cheap. I can see that on un-sealed ceramic tiles there could be blotchiness but on a hard floor: Éclatant !

Rated 1 out of 5 by Streph from DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I have tried this floor wax a several times on ultra clean floors and it dries SPOTTY. I applied a second coat and it left the floor WORSE than the first coat. I have most of a gallon to GIVE AWAY or DUMP!!! I used ZEP floor was before and it was great. I can'f find it any more. Now I am using Pledge Revive floor gloss. So far it dries faster and is looking consistently shiny.
