Shrinkflation has made me an ex-buyer
Shrinkflation is happening with Charmin. I have bought the Ultra Strong Mega Roll 12-48 for years. Today I picked up a pack and noticed it is quite a lot smaller so I checked the number of sheets per roll and it has been reduced to 242 sheets per roll from 264. If they are calling 12 equivalent to 48, then shrinkflation must be occurring for all their products. The price went up and the number of sheets went down. Another brand which is similar has a lower price and 264 sheets per roll so I will be buying from them now. If you needed to raise the price, Charmin, you should have preserved the original number of sheets.

Don’t Waste Your Money
Bought pkg. of 8 triple rolls = 24 rolls ultra strong toilet paper, a few weeks ago. Will not buy again.
Very disappointed. The triple roll is about the size of one roll of tp from years past. Also noticed that Proctor Gamble (Canada) does not put square footage of paper on pkg. like some other brands.
I have used lots of P&G products over the years, but I consider this one a failure.

Used to be Great
Pre-pandemic this was the best TP you could find! And you could actually find it too! Past 2 years though it's a needle in a haystack unless you want to pay extremely inflated cost even compared to the same product and size but ultra soft, which don't do if you're a female trust me! Mega rolls and triples used to be massive but now triples are closer to doubles and megas closer to triples but they'll still charge you the price of 4 rolls for 1 mega even though they know they've reduced the number of sheets per roll. That's if you can ever find it though. For a Canadian product it sure never seems to be available in Ontario but I see USA always has it in stock. Depressing.

Product has Changed
As many others have said, the quality of this Charmin has decreased and feels like 1 ply! After paying a premium, you get a product that's worst than basic. :(

Will not buy again
I am so disappointed in the quality of this product since the pandemic. The quality and softness has deteriorated in the last 5 months. I will not buy again, too expensive for the sandpaper that it has become.

Quality control
Two different packs had bad perforation couldn't tear strait, when it works it is the best I will give it one more chance, if it happens again I will switch.
