Description

M2Tech fast-setting compound is formulated to resist moisture and mould. It is a necessary component for a complete M2Tech moisture and mould resistant system. It's a lightweight and sandable setting powder used to prefill joints, embed joint tape and conceal joints, fasteners and trim accessories on drywall. It can also be used for interior patching and repair. It sets in approximately 90 minutes. This 18 pounds bag has a total coverage of 300 square feet. This joint compound should be used for finishing. It is covered by a 1-year limited warranty and is proudly made in Canada.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Leep79 from Good think it’s mould resistant This is very hard to apply and sand. It is a setting compound, so unlike drywall mud you have 90 to use it and it is done. You need to clean everything very well between batches as well. Sanding it was a workout to say the least. I’ve done lots of muffing and sanding and this was by far the hardest sanding I’ve ever done. I had to use 100 grit just to cut into it. If you really want the mould resistance it’s coming with some extra work!
