Superb purchase for the price.
Got master electrician to install this in the garage with the ecobee smart thermostat.
Works very well and warms a 2 car garage within minutes.

Elements glow, fan buzzes but won't spin, quits
Looks like a sturdy product, unfortunately I bought a lemon. The elements glow, the fan buzzes and needs a nudge to spin up, and then the thermal cut-off stops the heater. The toll-free hotline's box is full (it's the holidays!).

Very nice looking and good performance
Its a great product.. but beware.. if you already don’t have a 220V line this thing will cost you more than 2000$ just to get a 220V line installed..
I leaned it hard way..

Pumps out great heat
I bought this in August, but I only had it installed in November. The functionality of the heater is great. I pumps out so much heat that I have to set it to lower temperatures when I am working out. The only thing I don't like is the fact that I couldn't have it installed with a programmable thermostat. But, it heats the garage so fast that it doesn't really matter. Great heater at a great price.

It works great.
I installed it a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. As the other reviews mention, I had to do some adjustments to solve the installation height and how the power will feed the equipment. I would say check the conditions on your garage first, and make a plan on how to install it. Then all should be fine.
