Description

This 9" cast torpedo level features a magnified centre block vial for superior durability and accuracy and an extruded aluminum body for increased strength and a lighter product. Also, the over-moulded rubber end caps allow for non-marring levelling and shock resistance. Lastly, this product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by SnowmanXT from Could Use A Third Magnet I did like the appearance of the level when I purchased it. RED, so it would be easy to find when I leave it somewhere. COMPASS on one end for degrees of bend or angle of cut. The magnets because I run a lot of conduit. You do have to pay attention though as I've used the compass end to check vertical level when its been turned a few degrees. I like to attach my level to a vertical run in order to extend the level above an pipe and measure distance to the next horizontal point. This fails time and time again which causes the level to fall to the floor. I end up looking for my other level and hoping this one is still accurate. I feel that a third magnet would greatly enhance this product.

I bought this tool to assist in new projects and make changes to projects already completed. What a marvelous idea to put an angle finder in a level! My cuts are better and my finished projects cleaner. Thankful I found it.

It was spot on ! -1 star because the magnets are not as strong as I would like. It holds but I was looking for a stronger bond. I'd buy it again though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid level that is holding up on the job site much better than the plastic torpedo level I was using before. The rotary level is fantastic, replacing a dial angle finder and providing much more accurate results when measuring stair angles and planning slopes on deck joists to ensure just the right tilt away from the house.

It has a magnetized bottom that assists while trying to align things vertically. Small enough for the little jobs. an additional rotational level for those hard to find angles. THe bright red color makes it easy to find as well.
