More Transparency
I find it kind of a cheap shot to keep advertising 40 rolls 250 squares when you guys changed the width of the rolls. Transparency toward your consumers goes a long way. You will lose market share by trying to trick your customers into paying the same amount for less. Imagine the pulp you buy to make the toilet paper is sold to you wet so you end up paying for water instead of pulp. Wouldnt you ban your supplier ? Step up your game coz I am getting a bidet installed this weekend and changing brand.

Garbage!
The 2 ply is very thin making it only 1 ply feel.I believe they have recently reduced the width and size of each roll as well. While using, naturally one would need to use more which is what they want, but messy to use as the paper is small and thin. Used half a roll and will return that and the other 39 rolls for a refund. Don't buy!

Do not like this tp
Unhappy with this product as the roll falls out of the center of the toilet paper. I would not recommend it at all as I am unhappy with the product.

Disappointed in recent quality change
The quality has changed so much we’re needing to switch brands. We’ve been loyal customers for at least 5 years now and I relied on this brand through postpartum and potty training. However recently something has changed, the toilet paper tears so easily and tends to pill even before use leaving bits behind, I thought we got a bad roll or bundle but it’s been the last 3 or 4 purchases. I cannot use this paper with postpartum again for fear of infection due to pieces left behind or the amount I would have to use due to the Taring issues, I’m trying to teach my children how to wipe and this toilet paper is becoming a headache. Like I said we were loyal to the brand for 5+ years but the quality has reduced.

Quality has gone downhill big time
I have used this brand of toilet paper exclusively for years. Lately I am noticing that it leaves "lint" where a person shouldn't have lint. It also falls apart in my hand . . .presumably the source of the lint.
I read many similar complaints on Walmart.ca and read someone saying they were happy after switching to Royale. Guess that will be my next pu.

Sick’s to Skin, then Disintegrates
I had used Cashmere Regular 2-ply for years with no issues. Wondering if it was changed at some point because it is now dusty, sticks to skin on wiping, then basically disintegrates in your hand. It’s not that I got a bad batch—this has been happening consistently for a few years now. I don’t know why I kept buying it. I finally tried another 2-ply brand (Royale), and there is such a difference! It isn’t dusty, doesn’t stick to skin, and doesn’t disintegrate while being used. Would love to have the old Cashmere back because the current product has been downgraded to the point where it’s basically useless.
