This carrier fits 8,10,12,13,14 and 15" tires. The package includes one bolt-on tongue jack and mounting hardware. It fits most tongue and trailer frames and it is backed by a 90-day warranty against manufacturers defects.

Part# 628 spare tire carrier will fit if you replace the hardware u bolts with longer ones.

Does this fit a 13” spare tire for my 3.5’x5’ carry-on utility trailer? The specs list only 10”,12” and 15” carry-on wheels.

This 1/4” of steel has turned up edges for a ridged back plate to hold the spare tire bracket. My installation was on a 4” RV bumper so the included bolts were a 1/2” short. I purchased 4 longer stainless steel bolts with nylon lock nuts for my installation.
