I installed the product by a professional today. but the light is completely insufficient. I think maybe the LED strip is defective. Definitely i am not even getting 800 lumens of light, where as this supposed to be 2400 lumens. What are my options now?
You would have two options. You can contact the Canarm technical support line to see if we can assist you with any questions you have on the installation of your mirror. You can also return the mirror to the store with your receipt provided it is within the return period. If unsure, I would suggest contacting the store where you purchased it before returning it. Can this mirror be hung both ways. I need 36in width x 28 inches in height

Hello, I’ve installed the mirror, and not sure if led should be brighter? Definitely not 2400 lumens. Not sure if returning it for another will give me a brighter LED light?

Poor service from Rona in Midland Scarborough
Yesterday - Not only was i charged more at the store than online price - but the Illumination is really below standard. Now i am having to think of returning this or install more lights in the toilet. Very poor service from Rona. I have installed it today and am very disappointed. I have videos to prove what i am talking about. Don't believe the description given here.
