Description
This fan motor set by Broan(R) will give a new life to your bathroom fan. It is comprised of a 70 CFM motor, a fan, and a mounting plate. Designed for use with Broan(R) and NuTone(R) 675 as well as F675 fans, it also fits H600 housings. It is also possible to replace the F650 50 CFM fan assembly.

What are the dimensions of the fan and motor? I'd like to if I can retrofit to an old brevel motors canada fan where the mounting bracket bolts are 1 7/8" apart

Extremely loud fan!
The box said 45% quieter. I would like to know what it was referencing? 45% quieter than a fighter jet breaking the sound barrier? It certainly couldn't be compared to other bathroom fans because it can be heard throughout our 4000sq ft house, where the one we replaced wasn't noticed outside of the room.
I guess it's my bad for not getting a clarification of what it was quieter than. But this is an extremely loud fan.

Perfect replacement
Bought this to replace another fan of the same frame. It works excellently. It's not a quiet fan as it has high air flow but it does evacuate the moisture well. Fit perfectly.

Bought to replace a 20+ year old F650 fan. Had it for one day and its going back, the whole house knows your in the bathroom.

Loud piece of junk
Total piece of junk. Our washer / dryer combo is much quieter. Bought it to fit the old housing for 650 fan. It does fit, but other than that this is soooo loud, that it cannot stay.

Terrible very noisy
This fits fine but super noisy, in fact there is no fun with such a loud noise
I installed in powder room and second floor can hear this ! Looks like a jet engine than an exhaust
