This Broan Roomside Series exhaust bath fan offers easy, roomside installation, with no attic access required. Ceiling mounted, this fan features foldable mounting ears for easy installation. The new duct damper technology provides a tighter seal, resulting in reduced warm and cold air back drafts. This energy efficient fan operates at 110 CFM and a very quiet 3.0 sones. This product is backed by a 1-year warranty.

Great fan for a month.
This fan worked great for a month, now it’s running constantly. Yes, I changed the switches, so it’s not the switches. Any ideas ?

Does the job without noise
Installed this in the ensuite last week. I'm very pleased with the functioning so far. The previous exhaust fan was 70 CFM, was rated for the room size but was not controlling the condensation during a shower. I was tired of washing walls after every shower. Installation was relatively simple requiring a larger ceiling opening. It is quite quiet. I had read reviews that it was noisy. It's not. I would definitely recommend this product. In fact I bought two. Time to replace the one at the cottage this summer.

I just installed this fan as a replacement for an older 70 cfm fan. The 70 could still pass the "paper test". This fan cannot.
This new fan is in a tiny bathroom, and even with the additional cfm, it dies not perform as well as the 70, which is over 20 years old, and a Broan product, as well.
My shower left my mirrors coated, my vent dripping, and droplets forming on the bottom of the trim on my door. 20 minutes of run time were no help.
Replacement was easy, with only the need to cut some dry wall, and galvanized pipe. I had three sides that were able to be adhered to wood; a joist, and a frame of oak 2x for additional stability (probably not needed).
I have arthritis in my hands and a very bad neck. I had to take the installation in chapters for my body. Installation of this fan itself is rather simple and easy. I would recommend installation of this unit, if it worked, to others considering ceiling replacement with no attic access.
This will also be an easy project to uninstall, and to return to the store.
The fan is quieter than the old one. This fan will not hold an 8.5 x 11 piece if paper with print in one side.
How many cfm is this fan, really?

Good easy to install product.
I bought the AR110 to replace the much smaller BROAN vent fan that was included in my new construction home. The BROAN vent fan that was replaced was a good fan but not suitable for the bathroom size / shape. BROAN provide detailed and easy instructions to follow to remove the old fan an install the new one. As mentioned in other comments the new one is a bit loud but I bought it for the power vs the sound level.
