The Broan Roomside Series ventilation fan with CleanCover grille clears the air with a low profile, streamline design. With CleanCover, your fan cover stays cleaner for longer with fewer vent slots to clean and design that coordinates with any decor. Designed for retrofit, remodel and replacement, this fan features hassle-free installation from the Roomside, for spaces with no attic access. The snap fit flange kit, Deduct connector and FoldAway mounting ears make it flexible to almost any installation challenge, especially for rooms on the first floor or basement floor of the home. Each carton comes complete with a precise template for accurate housing opening ceiling cut. The snap flange kit provides a self-trimming finish to cover a rough cut. This product is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

Je lis dans les spec. du produit qu'il est recommandé pour des pièces de 110 pieds carrés. Si notre salle de bain mesure 81 pieds carrés est-ce que ce serait trop fort pour la pièce et non recommandé?

Très efficace et silencieux
Ce ventilateur de salle de bain est beau, silencieux et très discret. L'installation est relativement facile, bien que l'accès au grenier ait été un avantage. Un excellent choix pour une ventilation efficace et esthétique.

Really Quiet
Really happy with this fan. We had to go into the attic to install but hubby was fine with that.
It’s quiet, amazing circulation- when the door is closed you can feel the air being pulled in under the door.

Think mine is defective
Bought this during the last sale for $100, had it installed and ever since I first turned it on it’s made a loud almost clunky noise, hard to describe but doesn’t sound proper to me. Took the cover off and made sure nothing was loose or vibrating, honestly just think it’s a faulty unit as it also doesn’t do a great job at pulling the steam from my bathroom.

Works well and quiet.
Bought 3 of these 110 cfm fans to replace the builders underpowered fans. They were on sale fir a great price. The Barrie Rona store is always stocked and the employees are helpful. Way better than the orange store. These fans install easily and the cover is nice as it doesn't have all those slits in it. Very trim. Quiet fan and gets rid of the steam on our mirrors by the time we towel off and stand in front of the sink. I like them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first item that was added to my bathroom remodel, and I love it! It’s small and just fits into the ceiling so it’s not even noticeable. There is barely a hum when it is turned on, and it’s a great addition to the room. I’m super happy with it and would recommend it for anyone that wants a quiet and reliable fan.
