Issue with the white cap of the wall control panel
The fan and the light are great, I have an issue with the wall control white plate, It won't clip to stay on.
I'm also having a hard time finding the model.
I bought it yesterday, everything else went super smooth except the last little step.
Can you tell me where I can find the white part that goes under the cap that is used to clip the cap?

Issues
We had these unit installed during our bathroom remodel. There was a high pitch or zooming coming out of it, and now the fan stopped working. It has been installed for less than one month. The electrician didn't find issues with wiring, etc. I tried to "pair" with the steps described in the instructions, and no luck. I give it two starts because bluetooth and lights work fine.

Broken switch less then a year after install
This has been installed for less then a year and the switch has stopped working. I spoke with the technical assistance and they let me know that there is no Bluetooth module bypass option. This unit cannot be hardwired in. The switch seems poorly made for the amount of use a switch gets. A new switch costs $86 and the unit was originally $250 not including installation. Is there any way you can send me a new switch? It seems odd that it broke in less then a year and its not something I would like to purchase yearly. Hopefully you can send me a new switch at no charge in order to make up for this defective product. Please let me know. Mahalo.

Love the lighting
We put this light in yesterday. It's so fun to play with. One thing, it does have a quiet high pitched whine to it. Gonna have to call tech support on that but otherwise its awesome!

Bluetooth connection no longer working
The unit worked at first, but it did have some quirks. There was some type of auto-off feature that I was not able to control, so mid-use the fan and light would cut off and leave me in darkness. The new app seems to address that, but it will no longer connect to my Galaxy S10E. Technical support's solution was to reset the breaker, which did allow the phone and unit to connect for a couple days, then be lost again. Flipping a circuit breaker for a quarter of my house every 2 days for a bathroom fan isn't really acceptable. The unit worked at first, but it did have some quirks. Cool product!!
I really enjoy this product! Everything seems to work just fine for my wife and me except for one little problem. No matter what I do I can't get the switch on the wall to work so I can just simply turn the fan and light features on or off from the wall switch. Every time I want to use it I have to go in the app to make it happen. But overall, pretty awesome! It's nice to listen to Slayer while you shower haha!!
