Description
Fan allowing to reduce humidity in a bathroom up to 75 square feet. A retrofit installation can be done entirely in the room. No attic access required. EzDuctTM connector. Damper with TrueSealTM technology. Reduces air leakage by up to 50% compared to competitive models, resulting in better home performance via blower door tests and reducing cold and warm air backdrafts. UL listed for use over a tub or a shower with a GFCI circuit connection. Includes foldable mounting ears, a new damper and housing technology that improves building airtightness.

Decent overral, a few issues with solution noted.
I installed this today, it was my first bathroom fan install with zero experience. I had to remove the old housing with tin snips but I digress. OKAY, so the fan motor is not perfect - it makes a little mechanical noise.. coming from the PC building world I'm not terribly impressed, the bearings on this thing could be of higher quality for the price. But overall once installed and issues corrected it's relatively quiet in the ceiling and vents a decent amount of steam.
PRO TIP: If you hear rattling after you install it that isn't there when you test it plugged in on your countertop...... it's the VENT FLAP, the plastic pins rattle on the plastic vent housing as it's blowing away.. talk about frustrating! SOLUTION: I put thick synthetic grease on the pins and shoved some more in the pin holes then mounted the flap again, the rattling went away. Now this won't last forever and I'll likely have to re-grease the pins in the future. I'm sure I'll be hearing from my tenants in due time.

Nice fan
I recently purchased this fan and was very simple to install.
Great value for the money. Only reason i gave it 4 stars was that its not as quiet as i thought for 1.5 sones.

Just the right noise
I replaced a 48 year old bathroom fan with this one. My bathroom no longer sounds like it’s about to take flight. The install had its challenges because I had to access the attic. My house has 3” ducting and the fan is designed for 4”. I bought an adapter and finished the install. It works well for venting the bathroom. Happy with the purchase.

Bought this to replace an old seized fan. The install was straight forward and it did the job. Been using it regularly since it is in a main bathroom. It's quiet, but not too quiet. Sometimes it's nice to have a little background noise to mask what you are doing in there. If you know what I mean. ;)

Great fan
