Description
This Broan bathroom fan reduces humidity to quickly eliminate fogged mirrors and manage moisture in bathrooms up to 65 square feet. The light with white frosted-glass shade adds an esthetic, contemporary style to an efficient fan. Installations can be done entirely from the room-side, no attic access is required thanks to the EzDuct Connector. This means a faster, easier installation. With their TrueSeal Damper technology, InVent fans reduce air leakage by up to 50% compared to competitive models, resulting in better home performance via blower door tests and reducing cold and warm air backdrafts. Two incandescent bulbs provide ample lighting so you can complete your tasks. It uses (2) 60W max. candelabra bulbs (not included). This product is not for use over bathtubs or showers. Innovations include FoldAway (TM) mounting ears and new damper and housing technology that improve building airtightness like never before. This product comes with a 3-year limited warranty.

Very poor light
Fan is fine but the light is weak. Only takes 2 60w Candelabra bulbsAs this is the only light in my bathroom I'm going to have to buy a fan with a stronger light.

Fan looks very nice, but the damper doesn’t close on it’s own
Very nice looking fan, replacing a 30yr fan. Installation was ok, the instructions are a little confusing by intermixing new construction and replacement / remodel instruction steps. The most significant issue was the damper appears to be designed incorrectly and doesn’t close by it’s self. Double checked, had the damper oriented correctly. Ended up adding 2 screws to the lower portion of damper so that it was weighted correctly to close itself.

Quality and looks are great! However...
However, I have found it difficult to set-up the right wiring to get the fan and light working on same switch. NO where in the materials or videos does it show what the white wire with black tape is, or how to hook it up.
