Best so far
I bought two of these to easily replace my original 60 CFM bathroom ceiling fans. Although my original box wasn’t listed anywhere as a possible compatible it turned out everything lined up perfectly. I’ve had these for one year (along with the led light upgrade grill) and am very happy with them. I hate cleaning them but at least the new led grill was much easier

J'ai du sortir ciseau à tôle et la perceuse pour faire l'assemblage dans l'ancien boîtier.
Un des deux support est trop large et le trou pour la prise trop petit et pas au bon endroit, pareil pour la vise de soutien.

Easy upgrade from EFC70, better in all aspects.
I live in an apartment so I'm not about to drop a lot of money upgrading the bathroom fan in a place that isn't mine, but the old and loud EFC70 that was probably installed decades ago *HAD* to go. Though this upgrade kit lists 60 CFM, lower than the EFC70's "70CFM", keep in mind you may be upgrading a terribly old fan like I was, it may actually turn out to be a CFM upgrade, I sure can feel more air getting sucked in. That's a big plus considering I wasn't getting it for increased circulation but so that I could finally hear my shower thoughts and not the constant roar of an Ariane 5 rocket launch. It's not astoundingly quiet like a more expensive <1 sone fan that would require a whole new installation, but it's close enough to the noise floor of a running shower that it should be hard to discern during use.

Housing size is the same as for the F650 but the location of the tabs is different.

Took less than 10 mins!
The old one crapped out and was making some funky noises so was glad I found this kit as I didn't want to climb in to the attic. Took me less than 10 minutes and the fit was perfect! About the same noise level but a great improvement on the air exchange and at my house that's what's more important!
