Bad experience overall
This is a poorly designed machine. Used in four times and it broke. Bad warranty coverage and support overall.

Needs parts far too soon for a residential blower.
I bought this Feb. 2017 at Lowes in Barrie Ontario and it has not been pushed hard. The latest was the chute cable breaking at the junction point under the console. Another 50 bucks for something that has less than 150 hours on it. Central Ontario does NOT get that much snow. Flimsy design leads to more rattling than the Sonoma desert. Just look for another brand.

Bought a few years ago. Have used maybe twice a winter and I have spent several hours after each of the last couple uses replacing worn out belts or snapped cables. Will be selling soon.

Briggs and stratton s1024 snowblower works great
Purchased 11/2021 and used for first time without any issues for 1-1/2 hours without stopping on a very long 300' driveway. Threw snow 20-25' for the lighter snow and hard no issues with end of driveway snow and threw 10-15' without a problem. I have had many different blowers over decades and this works as well as any 208cc unit I have had. It is not 9.5hp it is 9.5 torque. It is around 6hp as are all 208 cc engines. There are pre season use maintence required such as removing trans, cover and oiling slider bar (forward and reverse lever) with 50wt. oil cause there is no oil on this machine anywhere and greasing the big gear wheel while there as well. It's in the owners manual. I also while under there I greased the axle and made sure friction disk plate was clean and grease free as can be otherwise your machine won't move. I did not tip the machine on end to do this there like you see in videos and there is plently of room to do this when on it's wheel. I also greased the wheel axles cause there is no grease on them at all and I want to be able to remove them years down the road. Used lithium base multi purpose grease. I already had some in a tube from when I grease my lawn tractor. if you want your shoot and auger housing snow free, I sprayed Ceramic Wax everywhere except the engine and literally no snow stuck when last used. Sprayed multi purpose lubricant on all bolt heads and levers to prevent rust. I was in #1 for heavy snow and # 2 or 3 for lighter. If you try using 4 or higher you will just bog down and that is for any 208cc snowblower. First pull start, headlight is great to have and what I call full size tires work perfect. So far so good- no complaints.
