Description
Perform leveling and alignment tasks accurately and easily with this Bosch GLL30 self-leveling cross-line laser. The highly visible laser lines measure up to 30 feet with an accuracy of up to 5/16 inch. It features a smart pendulum system that indications out-of-level conditions and also locks when the laser is switched off for secure transport. It includes a flexible mounting device that clamps to almost any interior surface and offers microfine height adjustment for customized control.

Works As It Should
I bought this for tasks around the home and now that I have it am sure I will find more uses. It's a bit fiddly to set up but as long as you get it within 4 degrees it levels itself. Many reviews are negative because people don't realize you need to be within 4 to make it stop flashing. For a jobsite a more expensive one may be more practical but the sale price of this you can't go wrong. I used for constructing a small set of steps to mark each step level off the uneven concrete and bow will be using it to cast straight lines throughout the house to screw our old floorboards down. Would be nice if it came with a case but I used an old camera bag I picked up at a thrift store.

the unit works well in dim light
the unit works well however it needs to be used in dim light and is very hard to see if used outdoors
