great little jack hammer!
I have huge outdated stone fireplace. It's about 14' wide and didn't know how I was going to remove these rocks. Store associate recommended the Bosh so I gave it a shot. Figured it's gotta be better than using a chisel and hammer. My wife commented how this little thing is going to remove all these rocks. But as soon as I pulled the trigger, it knocked off the first rock in a second. Boy am I glad I got this. It made quick work of rest of the rocks and I removed the stone hearth in about an hour and had to stop working cuz the trash can got full. The tool is light and the clutch is great. I can't wait to try the hammer drill feature next!

Great Heavy Duty Drill
I already owned a hammer-drill but purchased this drill for the hammer only function to remove ceramic tile from a bathroom floor using a chisel bit -like a small jack hammer. Took hours, but saved many more. I have also used this drill with the optional jacobs chuck (allows use of regular drill bits Vs. SDS) and a large-diameter spade bit to drill holes 6" deep in wood. Most recently used the drill in drill/hammer mode to drill 1/2" holes four inches deep in concrete. Took only seconds to drill each hole. Very impressive!

Great for stud bolt anchors
After many years of dragging around my old and tired B&D Professional roto-hammer I decided to upgrade to this Bosch model. Although the design is near identical to my B&D unit, the smooth operation and top-end performance sets it way ahead of it's similar competitors.
The light weight and slim stature of this unit enables difficult access work far less of a challenge than larger/ heavier models. The new ladder hook feature is genious. My vast collection of SDS drill bits and chisels fit this SDSplus system as well. I highly recommend this tool for setting anchors up to 1/2" dia.

The hardest job became the easiest job
I had to drill about 50 holes for anchor bolts in the top of the concrete foundation walls for my new house. I started off using the other guy's hammer drill, it took 15 to 20 minutes to drill a 5/8" hole 4" into the wall, after 4 holes I was getting cramps in my hands and decided to find another drill.
I bought the 1" Bosch Bulldog at Lowes and as I was starting to drill the next hole, I was thinking to myself that if it does a hole in 2 or 3 minutes I would be very happy.
15 seconds later the hole was done, I thought maybe I hit a soft spot or something but all the holes were like that, it sort of sank into the wall like a hot rod going into ice cream, this is a terrific tool for drilling into concrete. I would recommend it to anybody. The hardest job became the easiest job.

This is a horse
I have used this hammer drill exclusively in the hammer-only mode along with a chisel bit. It gets the job done and hammers the target until the target "gives up". I trust the design, it feels and acts robust and after a hard use, it can take more abuse. I would buy it again and again--it is a really good tool to have in your tool box.

best rotary hammer/drill
This tool is a work horse. I have chipped and drilled miles of concrete in my 40 plus years of contracting with them. Sadly, I have sent several of these to their graves. Not because of any deficiencies in the tool but because we have used them day in and day out for their intended purpose. Just like our bodies they eventually give out. Like the name says....Bulldog tough! Two thumbs way up on this one!

the right tool for the job
I bought this tool to demolish tile for a bathroom remodeling project. Its relatively light weight reduces user fatigue, but don't let the light weight fool you. It is quite powerful and made the tile removal quick and relatively easy. I highly recommend it.

Great product
I purchase this Rotary Hammer for demolition my bathroom tile walls. My house was build in the 50's. The bathroom walls are thick and hard to remove. This Rotary Hammer works very well. Well worth it. I'm 135 lb woman. I can handle it easily.
