In short, while there are new things to learn, the cooktop performs very well. It is an improvement over my standard electric cooktop. I would buy it again given the choice!

The Best Solution for our Times!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new Induction Cooktop for about 2 weeks and are so very pleased with it! I love the evenness of cooking, it's responsiveness to controls and especially have grown to enjoy the use of AutoChef and Speed Boost. Of course it goes without saying of the safety feature of using this type of cooktop - no flame, no heat beyond the pot that is being heated, etc. This is particularly important when there are children and elderly cooks involved. I would highly recommend this cooktop to anyone looking into the future especially when we attempt to reduce our carbon emissions.

A welcomed learning curve!

We are still learning but so impressed with the speed and efficiency of this unit. Not to mention eliminating the unintended heat from an electric cooktop and the possibility of leaving a burner on when not in use. We could not be happier with this choice. Than you Bosch!

BOSCH 800 Series Induction NIT8060UC
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We just installed this induction stovetop. I was very hesitant to change from electric to induction but decided to try it. I love how fast the burners respond to temperature changes and the ability to boil water in just a few minutes is awesome. There is a bit of a learning curve but I am quickly getting used to it. I also have Logostino pans that are over 30 years old but in great shape and they work no problem on my cooktop....I thought I might have to buy all new pans but they passed the magnet test and work great. My only complaint is that you see every fingerprint and streak on it. It is very sleek and clean looking and easy to wipe off but it needs extra attention to get all the streaks and fingerprints off.
