Not enough info on website or box
I had to return the one I bought. My trailer rides low and there was no way to mount this on the trailer without the base being on (or below) the ground.
The box had no specifications whatsoever. I really needed to know the tow bar clearance for this jack. There was no more information on the website description.
Also -- something common to all in-store trailer jacks -- the packaging was very flimsy. Many boxes on the shelf were torn and punctured by the different jacks. There's no padding in the package so the pointy metal parts just tear right through the weak cardboard.

I currently own a Carry-on trailer with an A-Frame jack installation. Carry-On apparently doesn't pay attention to vehicles because tailgates, when opened, with drop directly on their A-frame trailer jack. Instant damage!!! So, I purchased this tongue mount product so I could actually use the tailgate while connected to a trailer.
I purchased the side mount Carry-On trailer jack assuming that this would fit my trailer. It didn't. I had to go to a hardware store because the long bolts with the kit did not fit my Carry-On trailer! An exercise in frustration but ultimately I was able to get this trailer jack installed. Carry-On really needs a better customer view of their product line. A photo of the mount has been included for anyone interested in my installation.
