We have used a Kevo fob and love the product. However it suddenly stopped working after about 1 year. We replaced the battery and re-calibrated to the unit. The fob still does not work. The door lock continues to work fine with the phone. Any thoughts?

Make sure that your fob is not in sleep mode. Press and release the fobs enrol button. Do not press and hold the button, as this may cause the fob to enter sleep mode (indicated by the LED flashing red). You should see the fobs LED to flash green to show it is awake.

What is the range of the Kevo fob

Weiser model # 9GED16000-001 is recommended within 3 feet of the Kevo lock to the maximum of 15 feet for optimum performance. Please contact or visit your local Lowe’s special order counter for pricing and availability.

Is there a battery inside the fob that must be replaced after using for a while ?.
