Very happy with this purchase i live in a small condo and it serves its purpose efficiently no bells or whistles just so easy i wished i would have done this yrs ago its so amazing not having a cord the run time is 44 minutes and it also has a hand held vacuum not expensive and works amazing its been over a month so happy if it should fail this was not a big investment has great suction to boot got it on sale

Brush not spinning
This worked great for a few months and was exactly what I was hoping for in this price range. However, the brush has now completely stopped spinning. I’ve cleaned it out multiple times and it still doesn’t work. The plastic from the brush appears to somehow have melted into the socket where it should spin. I can’t find any replacement parts for sale, otherwise I would happily purchase a replacement spinning brush. When it worked, it was exactly what I needed, but I was expecting it to function for at least a year, not a few months.

Turned into a disappointment.
Got this vacuum around Christmas time last year and absolutely loved it until recently. Out of nowhere the bottom half of the vacuum will not spin or have any suction. When I try to turn on the vacuum (it is fully charged) the lights immediately turn off and the whole thing powers down within seconds. Very frustrating and feels like a huge waste of money. I’m very disappointed about this because I really loved this vacuum at first.

Perhaps just got a Lemon....
I purchased this vacuum after reading great reviews here, and on Amazon. Sadly, the vacuum is not any better than .told, tired vacuum I was trying to replace. I am hopeful that the brand carrier will connect with me as the story stated that due to it being a product concern, they can't help.
For this reason, I will no longer buy these types of products form Lowe's/Rona as I think after one use it, the issue should be navigated by the store. Now my time and money are tied up with a product that failed to meet my needs.

Stops working after 4 months
Bought in November—cordless, relatively compact, and effective. Fast forward 4 months and instead of sucking up dirt, it literally pushes it out. What a fail smh! What should I do?!

Going back to my 12 year old dying stick vacuum!
I so wanted to love this new vacuum and it seemed pretty good at 1st, but after only using it maybe 5 or 6 times it is no longer picking up as it should. It blows material all over the floors and I’ve cleaned and emptied it over and over! I should not have to vacuum after I vacuum! And now, Kohl’s tells me to contact Black and Decker.. help please! I’m going back to my old one!
