Very modern battery
The battery I purchased had a problem but was replaced without any problem by the company the new battery is awesome wish I knew about the battery before.

And it is DEAD ON ARRIVAL!!!

B&D products are great
I bought this battery used, and am very pleased with it. Love the blue tooth feature so I can check on the charge, and the handy USB port. It fits right in with my B&D hedge trimmer, blower, weeder, and works with my Bolt-on drill. Thanks for a great product.

Bad battery, one charge, one use & it’s dead
Bought this battery, used twice, sat for a while, went to use and it’s dead, won’t charge. Solid red dead. Junk battery. Don’t buy.

BATTERY WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE
Had my first replaced under warranty because it would not take a charge; went dead within 6 months. The second replacement also when dead within 6 months. Will see if I get a third. For a SMARTECH battery...it is problematic or not-so-smart!

Waste of money
I got one for Christmas and it quit working within months. I contacted the company they replaced it. That one quit too. They once again replaced it. I got my 3rd one (I didn’t need it so I put it away) I went to use it the other day and nothing. Won’t charge completely dead won’t work in the drill. I don’t know if I dare contact them for another replacement, most likely it won’t work either. My original battery that came with my drill years ago is still going strong.
