Extremely satisfied
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum. It has great suction, transitions easily from hardwood floors to my Persian rugs, amazingly picks up dog fur that you do not see. I had vacuumed my rugs with my old B&D vacuum one week before I received this new CleanView® Swivel Pet Vacuum Cleaner. I honestly could not believe my eyes when I saw how full the tank was after vacuuming with this new vacuum. I knew my old vacuum was not performing 100%, but Wow. What a difference. It was as if I had not vacuumed for a couple of months... Do yourself a favor and breathe clean air again in your home. Lol. #sweepstakes

I recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is being used to vacuum carpeting in the home. It is amazing as to what has been pulled out of the carpet by this vacuum even though it has been vacuumed probably once/wk due to having a dog. Thoroughly appreciate the convenience of the swiveling head, the maneuverability and the weight of the vacuum. Definitely recommend this product for any individual who has a dog. It has only been used twice, but I expect it will live up to its amazing start for a long time. I also appreciate the fact that a donation has been made to the Bissell Pet Foundation by my purchasing this vacuum.

I wanted to love this vacuum, sadly I don't
I really wanted to love this product. Sadly, I don't. I've owned it for a couple of months now and everything was going fine until recently. The brush wasn't spinning properly and the belt was burning. While disassembling to replace the belt I found a major design flaw. The compartment where the belt is located allows for major hair buildup which then prevents the belt from moving. As a vacuum that is advertised as a "pet model" I would expect it to be able to handle a moderate amount of pet hair without completely jamming the machine. I was able to remove the clog and change the belt but this will now be a consistent issue. Very disappointed.

Good suction, bad design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Powerful suction. Cons: Makes a screeching loud noise. Poor design (must have been designed by someone who doesn't vacuum). The worse thing is having to stick my hand into the dirt tank to remove the cyclone filter, YUCK!. The cord is above the on/off switch, making it difficult to turn the machine on/off with my foot. I have to bend down to get the cord out of the way to access the red power button, annoying (the previous model had the cord on the side). The dirt tank sits too close to the swivel motor, doesn't allow room to fit under any furniture or chairs. The power cord, hose & tools are too short. I prefer the old design, I wish it was available. Oh, and it tips over when using the hose.

I would definitely buy again.
Have a 1500 sq.ft. house with two people and two non shedding fur babies. First, I am a very meticulous house keeper! I notice my old vacuum just was not doing the job. I set out and comparing what was available. Now I have a Bissell pet carpet cleaner, so I was pretty sure what I wanted. I ordered this and to my amazement it is wonderful. I am also just a little embarrassed to send the photos for you to see, but this is what I got with a quick run over my floors (carpet and tile) the first time. The second pic is a slow meticulous run the next day and it had even less the 3rd. time. I am 100% sold and sure I made the right choice. Thank you for a GREAT product!

The right choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cleanview Swivel (Pet) has been the perfect reminder that it was definitely time that I replace my old vacuum. Here's a pic of what just 10 seconds did around my carpeted entrance (pic attached). I feel a little ashamed of how I lived like a slob before this vacuum. Its sleek design and durable construction was a cinch to assemble out of the box. I was impressed at what my friend's Bissell Little Green Deep Cleaner did for her upholstered couch and carpet. I figured there was no going wrong going with a Bissell. I made the right choice, and I think you will be glad you did too.

Replacing the Belt for the THIRD Time...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy with this purchase in 2022, as it seemed like a decent vacuum for the price. After using it for a year, I wouldn't recommend it at all. It feels cheap, the cord is hard and plastic (not flexible and rubbery), and my husband is currently replacing a broken belt for the THIRD TIME since we've had the machine. We are a busy family and I only vacuum once every two weeks or so, so it isn't like it gets hard daily use. I also thought that the swivel head would be effective, but instead it's annoying, and the entire machine gets "stuck," at times, requiring a hard push to break the traction.

Great Vacuum So Far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've not had this vacuum a long time so I can't speak to the longevity. I am very pleased though with the edge to edge cleaning because it does get dust that is against the wall. I also love that it actually picks up the cat litter rather than just scattering it or kicking it back out. I have used it on both LVP and Linoleum as well as carpet and had great results. The vacuum picked up a lot of cat hair from the carpet after I had used another vacuum to attempt to clean it. The swivel does make it harder for me to use on my stairs. Still, I am very happy with this purchase!
