Description

The newest innovation from Bell+Howell lighting is easy to use and even easier to install. You can simply screw into any standard light socket, no wiring needed! Socket Fan Light comes with a remote so you can easily select the settings you need. Choose from three light modes: high, medium or low. Choose from three fan speeds: high, medium or low. The fan setting can be turned off completely and light mode used alone or choose to use the fan alone with the light settings turned off. Socket Fan Light is the perfect lighting and cooling solution for any room in the home and even the garage! Super bright, Socket Fan Light provides up to 1000 lumens of light. Each Socket Fan Light comes with a socket extender included in the package. The light socket extender simply screws into the light and gives you more length out of the socket.

Rated 3 out of 5 by John from Functional but one design flaw to keep in mind This little fan may be small but it is pretty powerful for its size. The remote is a nice touch, but if the power is turned off, the fan has to be manually turned back on using the remote as when power is applied the light comes on but the fan remains off. I personally don't like the light being 5000 kelvin as it is a little to white for my liking. One issue I did find with this fan is the rotation of the fan blades. If not tightened in the socket, the torque created by the motor may cause it to un screw it self from the socket. Now I did try to get it to unscrew from the socket and it did tend to cut out before it came completely undone, but I feel like this might not be the case all the time. Time will tell how this goes. The fan is convenient especially to get some air moving where it might be inconvenient to install a fan and anyone can install it as you just snap it together and screw it into the socket.

Well let me let you in on a secret of your light in your room or kitchen are in sideways this will not work! It has to be a light ficture that is straight up and down I was totally bummed but I found 1 in my kitchen yay! It really helps cool you down and I love that you can use the remote to work it! Who would have ever thought! Gone are the days of having to buy expensive hardware and electrical to have a ceiling fan im completely blown away!!! Will be buying more for sure!

We simply unscrewed the light bulb and screwed this in. The light is bright and the dimmer remote has three settings. The fan is stable when running and really speedy. I have installed this in my walk in pantry and am really impressed with how much light it has added to the space. I am happy to have a fan in this smaller area as the fridge makes it feel warm. This is a quality product that is so easy to install and use. I am very happy with this product and I highly recommend it.

I am using it in my small office and it's the perfect size. It gives me plenty of light and a nice fan to circulate air when I need it. For the small size I didn't think it would make much air movement, but it really does. I also like that it comes with a remote so I don't have to get up to turn on the fan, I can control it from my desk. This is very handy. It's easy to install in a standard light fixture and also easy to move if you want to use it more than one place.

It's actually a lot smaller than anticipated. It's 15.75" which it does say on the box. Unfortunately, it couldn't replace our old fan due to this being a socket fanlight. I tried it on one other light that we had. It does easily connect to the socket (where a light bulb goes). A lengthening extender piece is included along with a remote control. The control has 3 buttons - one for the light, one for the fanand an off button. The fan has 3 speeds and gives off good airflow. The Socket Fanlight would be good for small spaces where humidity is an issue just to get the air flowing.

The low speed is quiet and the high speed is a bit noisy but moves tons of air. The light is bright, brighter, super bright. We are happy with them...

Our ceilings are too low for a traditional ceiling fan, but the socket fan works great! It was easy to install in our light socket and already comes with a convenient remote control. Visually it looks great and produces just enough air flow to circulate in our living room downstairs. I like the 3 speed options and variety of light options. This was the perfect addition to our newly remodeled basement. I ordered another one for my son’s bedroom.
