We bought this with the understanding it could be installed in a bathroom, but the guide advises against bathrooms….? What will happen if it’s used in a bathroom? Can we go ahead and use it?

Rated 2 out of 5 by wilde25 from Needs Packaging! Great Idea, for the DIYer. But most of the tops were damaged in store. The tops need to be protected against damage in store and during transportation. It seems Lowes and the manufactures don't care about quality and customers. We were able to find a partially undamaged top after searching through 20 pieces. But during transportation a chip was discovered. We have installed the tops now, hopefully a little caulking will protect the chip. Too heavy, too much trouble for a return. Now it's just a waiting game to see how long and how durable this product really is. I wouldn't recommend the product at this time!
