Don't buy it
So far we have changed the cartridge twice. Pfister does have good customer service since they replaced the cartridge twice and offered to send me a new shower head. We tried 2 other shower heads already and the unit still leaks. There is no doubt that the valve is faulty. You don't want to install a shower faucet that you will have to tear out after two years. Save yourself the trouble, look for a better shower faucet and read the reviews. It is very common that cartridges or valves are being reported as faulty by consumers.
