This Nutone fan will help eliminate the humidity of a hot bath or shower in your bathroom. Featuring a ventilation capacity of 50 CFM with 2.5 sones, it is designed for small to medium size bathrooms of up to 45 sq. ft. This fan comes with double-strength steel mounting flanges with keyhole slots for a quick and easy installation. It requires a 3" round duct. Backed by a 1-year warranty.

Ok, it’s cheap. However this is one of the few fans that will fit the opening I have in my bathroom, so I’m a bit limited.
It is rather loud and most of that is probably due to the housing, which is very flimsy.
Beware, because it is like dealing with a tin can. The housing is very sharp. I have two deep cuts on my hands from just dismantling the thing.
As I said though, it’s cheap and I guess this is all you can expect.
