Can PVC cement be used to bond a trim to the lattice? Is the lattice PVC? I was told at RONA that it was vinyl.

How are these panels used or are they attached to a frame
Hello, these panels are screwed on a frame or a surface. Cap moldings and dividers are also available. To install, you need to pre-drill oversized holes through the lattice sheet and the molding if it's the case (as large as you can without the screw head passing through). It's very important to let ¼'' all around the sheet for the expansion. Afterwards, the screws must not be over-tightened to allow the expansion and the contraction. Therefore, countersinked screws should not be used. Thank you.

Will plants grow well on the "privacy" lattice or would it be better to use the "classic" lattice?
Hello Daisy, your question really relates to the kind of plant you are looking to grow. I would say any lattice would work, but depending on the size of your leaves, the classic might be a better look option for larger leaves vs the privacy one. Unfortunately, there is no right or wrong answer.

I want to use this product as a skirt to cover a concrete foundation. How would you suggest that I attach it? Glue or otherwise?
Hello, the best option would be to make a frame behind the lattice sheet so that it can be screwed on. We do not recommend gluing lattice sheets. Thank you.

Ne résiste pas au froid de l'hiver québécois
Ne résiste pas au froid et il est tout craqué après seulement un hiver. Aussitôt le froid arrivé, il a craqué et a dû être remplacé. Vraiment mauvaise qualité de plastique qui s'éffrite au frois. J'en ai d'autres, des blancs et des beiges, que j'avais achetés il y a des années et qui restent flexibles peu importe la température mais pas celui-là, il est plus mince et de mauvaise qualité. À éviter à moins de vivre en Floride au chaud.

Mauvaise qualité, cassant l'hiver et s'éffrite
Terriblement mauvais. Avec le froid de l'hiver ce treilli a éclaté de partout, il est super cassant l'hiver et très fragile. L'ancien que nous avions acheté, un beige, lui est très différent et reste flexible l'hiver et ne casse pas. Est-ce que la qualité des treilli de pvc a à ce point changée ? À éviter en tout cas, car le nôtre n'a même pas résisté un hiver! Il est maintenant en morceaux et aux poubelles.

Did the job...
Overall decent buy. I paid ~$40/sheet on sale so for that price it was worth it and they have some rigidity to them. We're using them as tops for greenhouse tables. Note the thermal expansion of PVC though is much greater than metal. So you have to secure them down in a way that allows them to expand and contract (if using in a greenhouse). If you don't, they warp and buckle in the heat and humidity cycle. I'd probably buy these again if needed.

Great Look Black Lattice
Purchased this lattice as a deterrent by my sisters dog jumping over the chain link fence. So far so good in that respect. The lattice was easy to put up and looked so good I ended up purchasing more for the backyard. My neighbour that shares the fence also commented on how good it looks!
