Description
This drywall furring channel from Bailey Metal Products is the perfect framing accessory for furring out any surface for application of your final finish (like metal siding on steel studs or drywall on masonry). Made of metal, it provides non-combustible furring for interior and exterior walls. You can use it to level uneven surfaces. It has a length of 12 ft and a width of 7/8 in. Plus, this 25-gauge furring channel enables construction over greater spans. Furthermore, using this furring channel in conjunction with cold rolled channel represents the ideal system for the construction of a drywall ceiling. The Bailey drywall furring channel system has been fully engineered to the requirements of CAN/CSA S136-12.
