What is the snow load for the roof?
50 lbs per sq ft. So, about 2.5 of snow is about what it can handle

It says 12x10 so just wondering is the roof 12 long or 10. Sounds like a silly question but we need front to be 10 sides to be 12.
Does this come with engineered drawings? I think this size of foot print we would need to get a building permit

Love the gazebo!
We bought this a month ago and couldn’t be happier with the construction of this gazebo. Directions were excellent, took my husband about 18 hours to assemble by himself. Needed a few extra hands to place the roof on top of the gazebo once it was assembled. Great quality!

I purchased this a couple months ago because of the high wind ratings. I live in Arizona and winds here can be brutal. So far no issues. It’s not only Well made it was easy to put together with well laid out instructions. Took three of us 8 hours. I’m in love with it this gazebo.

Horrible Product
This gazebo is super hard to install for most.. To many decorative pieces that aren't well planned out. It does not assemble together easy. The roof is super heavy, the instructions are horrible. I wouldn't recommend this gazebo to anyone. The ridge cap is a pain in butt to put together, the plastic you have to remove just stripes in little pieces.
Even if you know how to use tools and are pretty handy, this will challenge you, your patience and so more...
Highly not Recommended. I suggest they figure out how to make it an easier install for home owners or the handyman...

Love my 12 x 10 arlington Gazebo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 12 x 10 Arlington is a great addition to our homeplace. We haven't wired it yet, so that is still to be done. We have in mind the furniture we want, but it is out of stock at the moment. My nephew and I erected the structure in 3 days (after pouring and finishing the concrete pad). We're looking forward to enjoying such a beautiful outdoor gathering place in the years to come.
