Great bar gazebo and great instructions.
The only thing I would have liked to see is drip edges instead of roof edges. We installed the frame of the roof and attached to top, then we attached the roof panels. Made it easy for one person installation.

Awesome Gazebo
The gazebo was very well packaged. Everything was there, no missing parts. They even provide screw tips for you. Took me, by myself about 8 hours start to finish on two separate days. Assembling the roof frame, then adding the roof tiles was the way to go. Very heavy. Very well made product. Instructions easy. The bilt app was a huge help. Really great gazebo. Looking forward to grilling underneath it soon. Just need to add some thompsons water seal.

Lotta work but well worth it
The Arcadia gazebo is awesome! It was the perfect size for our needs. It ended up being a lot of work but we got it done in a weekend. There were a few issues I had and they are as follows:
1) I wish we didn’t have to spend so much time water sealing the wood. That was huge time suck.
2) I wish Backyard Discovery would offer some gazebos with a back wall. I ended up having to buy some tongue and groove planks and tack them up on the back end to really give us adequate shade and privacy the whole day long.
3) It was almost impossible to do the job with just two people. There were two times, when we were attaching the two side panels to the back panel when I needed to get my wife to help us because two people have to hold the panels together while one guy screws them together.
All in all it looks great and the value was there. Now we just have to wait and see if it holds up over time.

We had a little trouble matching everything up to put together but after we figured out the first pieces it went pretty well. Once up, it’s so awesome! Feels sturdy for our high wind and has been so inviting!!!

My 12 x 9.5 gazebo
I absolutely love my gazebo. It fits perfect on my back patio. It keeps the sun off me during the afternoon and is a great addition to my backyard.

Gives my outdoor grill area a professional look.
This is a quality product with all included hardware. I deviated from some chronological assembly steps for a few reasons. 1. I bolted the four posts to the concrete before attaching the roof because I did not want a gust of wind to blow it over. 2. I assembled the roof truss framing and installed it before adding sheetmetal. It was easier to lift into place and secure first. I then installed the sheetmetal. The directions called for the perimeter roof trim to be placed 360° on top of the sheetmetal ribs. The problem is that the design does not take into consideration the need for a rear drip edge. I did not want water to flow under the trim and down the wood. I, therefore, placed the tear trim under the ribs. Water will now be directed 1/2 inch away from the wood and will then drop straight down. It will also alleviate pine needles from getting trapped under the trim.
